Shh! Please don't disturb us. That's what everyone here will be wishing for as they lie comfortably in their feathers. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two to three single beds. The open-plan living and dining area is a great place to meet up for meals, games, storytelling and watching TV, and from here you can also step out onto the balcony. In the well-equipped fitted kitchen, the dishwasher does the washing up and if you want to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
For those arriving by car, there are two parking spaces in the underground garage directly below the house. Bicycles can also be stored in a lockable bicycle room. This "new center" has been created in the heart of the municipality of Salem, with a town hall and library, a newly created community park, shopping and living in the Schlosssee-Arkaden - barrier-free and within walking distance.

hat Spass gemacht
Die Wohnung ist modern, hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick (nach Norden) auf den Schloss-See ist sehr schön.
Die fussläufige Infrastruktur vom Gebäude-Komplex ist hervorragend. U.a. gibt es unter der Wohnung gibt es ein italienisches Restaurant . Man sitzt dort mit schönem Ausblick, und es gibt viele Gerichte als Takeout.
Klar, man ist nicht direkt am Bodensee - aber das ist auch im fairen Preis reflektiert. Wir haben uns auch in der 'düsteren Jahreszeit' hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an das Team von [Marx managt].

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub :)
Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Badesee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rossmann) sind gleich nebenan. Ein italienisches Restaurant inkl. Eisdiele befindet sich im selben Haus.
Ein kleiner Spielplatz befindet sich direkt im offenen Hausflur, gleich gegenüber der Haustür.
Die Ausstattung in der Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls gut. Ein Wäschepaket (Handtücher, Bettwäsche) ist nicht im Preis enthalten, kann aber zusätzlich hinzugebucht werden. Ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.
Einziger Kritikpunkt, bei Reisen mit Kleinkindern, sind die Steckdosen, die leider nicht mit einer Kindersicherung gesichert sind.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Haus mit Parkplätzen, Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach genial.
Wohnungseinrichtung modern, sauber und schön.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Esstisch-Garnitur mit Sitzbänken und ohne Lehnen.
Wir sind beide über 70, da spürt man bei längerem Sitzen das Kreuz.
Wir kommen wieder !
