Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the tenant will be charged the following fees:
- Up to 45 days before the agreed rental start date: 25%
- From the 44th to the 35th day before the rental start date: 50%
- From the 34th day before the rental start date: 80%
- In case of no-show: 80%
2. Change of stay period
For changes to the stay period up to 45 days before departure to an available alternative date within 6 weeks of the original start date, we charge €35 per change request. Later changes are only possible after prior cancellation.
3. Reduction in number of guests
If the number of guests changes after booking, particularly the removal of a guest, we charge €35 per modification.
4. Travel insurance
Travel cancellation insurance and travel health insurance are not included in the price. We strongly recommend purchasing these insurances at the time of booking.
5. Regarding sections 1, 2, and 3
You are free to provide evidence that no costs or significantly lower costs have been incurred.
6. Payment terms
A deposit of 25% of the rental price is due immediately (no later than 10 days after booking).
The balance is payable 30 days before the start of the trip.
