Description

In the living area, there is a sofa bed (1.40x1.90 m) for a possible third person, as well as two armchairs, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, and a television, with which our guests can receive all German channels.

Open kitchen area with a fitted kitchen and an additional chest freezer, ideal for long-term tenants. The bedroom has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m (2 mattresses), a mirrored built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables, and a dressing table.

The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The partially covered balcony with a magnificent sea view is furnished with a table and 4 chairs with cushions and sun umbrellas. Also, 2 sun loungers with cushions for sunbathing in Fuerteventura.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Lohr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir schließen uns den vorigen Bewertungen an. Ausstattung, Lage usw super. Kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Restaurants. Wir hatten das große Glück mit wunderschönem Wetter. Wunderschönen Meerblick von der Terrasse.

Sind schon das zweite Jahr da, ein drittes wird folgen. Wir fühlen uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl: hell, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen, auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Schon das Frühstück mit dem schönen Blick zum Meer lässt den Tag gut beginnen.
Kurze Wege zum Strand, Geschäften und Restaurants, nur wenige Stufen, was für Ältere gut ist. Anja, die Verwalterin, die sehr freundlich ist und schnell Wünsche erfüllt, sowie Frau Lohr, die wir kennenlernen konnten, sind sehr nett. Danke!

Es ist alles was man braucht im Appartement vorhanden, allerdings müssten die Fliegennetze im Schlafzimmer und an einer Balkontür erneuert werden, vielleicht wäre es möglich einen Ventilator ins Appartement zu bringen, es war wirklich sehr warm.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Meerblick und wir haben die wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge genossen. Auch die Lage in der 2. Reihe gefiel uns gut, es war sehr ruhig. Auch war es sehr gut, dass die Wohnung mit Fliegenschutz ausgestattet ist, denn es waren einige Mücken unterwegs. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Fliegengittertür ließ sich nur schwer und quietschend verschieben, teilweise schon recht dünne Handtücher) gefielen uns nicht, aber dies haben wir bereits der netten Vermieterin geschrieben und sie will sich darum kümmern. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Frau Wittmann lief problemlos und sie stand uns auch sonst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und überlegen, für das nächste Jahr wieder zu buchen. Etwas vermisst habe ich nur WLAN, denn das Datenvolumen war vor Ende des Urlaubs aufgebraucht.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick. Gut eingerichtet mit nagelneuer Küchenzeile, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Es darf dann auch gerne wieder ein etwas längerer Aufenthalt werden....
