Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
Up to 90 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations by the guest in the period between the 90th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
• Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show by the guest ("no show") or in case of early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation fees.
