(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents (excluding the final cleaning) must be paid as compensation taking into account the saved expenses If another rental is not possible:
Termination: - up to 90 days before the start of the rental: €100 of the rental price - later than 30 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
(2) The tenant can provide proof of lesser damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant ends the stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen
Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit
Ein echtes Juwel im Herzen des Thüringer Waldes!

Wir möchten uns daher von ganzem Herzen beim Vermieter für die schnelle, spontane und unkomplizierte Zusage am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag bedanken. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und die Bezahlung lief absolut unkompliziert. Das tageweise Zubuchen war kein Problem.
Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, wo an alles gedacht wurde, was gebraucht wird. Die Lage und vor allem die Ruhe ist hervorzuheben.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, in der man sich auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Alles war so wie im Internet abgebildet und beschrieben.
Ebenfalls hervorzuheben war der sehr angenehme Kontakt zu den netten Vermieter..
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung mit viel Radfahren
Wir sind jeden Tag Rad gefahren, wozu man fast ausschließlich gute Radwege nutzen kann, sobald man die kurze Entfernung nach Bad Salzungen überwunden hat. (Bis dorthin nimmt man lieber die Straße oder ein Mountainbike).
Wenn man nicht selbst kochen will, muss man zum Essen auch mindestens dorthin, weil wir im Dorf selbst nichts gefunden haben, aber das ist inzwischen wohl in fast allen kleinen Dörfern so.
Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen und wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub, aber...
für ein noch schöneres Urlaubserlebnis könnte folgendes verbessert werden:
- es ist faktisch nur 1 anstatt 2 Schlafzimmer, da es keine Tür, nur einen Durchgang gibt. Beschreibung sollte angepasst werden
- Wlan nicht stabil, anscheinend nur 1 Anschluß für das ganze Haus, meist abends brach die Geschwindigkeit ein
- das Geschirr reicht bei 4 Personen nur für 1 Tag
- nachts pfeift die Heizung
- Wechsel von Sommer/Winterbettwäsche möglich ? war viel zu warm
- die Nespresso-Ausstattung auf den Bildern war anscheinend nur Deko.

Alles war wirklich sehr schön und wir haben uns zehr zuhause gefüllt. An alles wurde gedacht, zum kleinsten Detail wirklich top!
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht in allen Punkten der Realität - sehr geschmackvoll mit guter Ausstattung und liebevollen Details. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüg.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und werden weiter empfehlen!

Wir fanden alles so vor wie im Internet beschrieben war und haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Alles sehr gepflegt, neuwertig und sauber.
Die Lage war ebenfalls klasse. Alle Ausflugsziele waren in nur kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
vielen lieben Dank auch nochmal an den netten Vermieter, der uns mit dem Brötchenservice verwöhnt hat.
