If the tenant cancels their lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation in the amount of the rent or a part of the rent. The tenant's withdrawal must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking until six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period until the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay € 25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
