If the tenant cancels a rental contract for any reason, there is an obligation to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a part of it.

From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
