In the event that the property can be rented out according to the same conditions if you do not use if at all or only for part of the rental period, then the renter shall pay a fee 15 % fee for the extra work resulting from this, with the minimum amount being €50. For rebookings of the same duration and at the same rate (only during the same business year) a standard fee of €20 shall be charged. The flat-rate compensation fee due to loss of rental income and additional costs can be reduced by re-letting or crediting any expenses saved.
