If you withdraw from the travel contract, we can demand appropriate compensation for each registered participant according to the following list:
1. The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time under the following conditions:
up to 45 days before arrival: EUR 10.00
44 to 30 days before arrival: deposit EUR 200.00
29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
From 14 to 1 day before arrival or no show 50% of the invoice amount.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit
To eliminate the cost risk, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
2. Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. He enters into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenants and replacement tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
3. The receipt of the notification by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (the next working day applies on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
4. If the rental period is terminated prematurely, the entire rent remains due.
