Getting there

Access/Parking spaces: via the Swiss motorway (either through the Gotthard Tunnel or the St. Bernardino Tunnel) to Bellinzona. Exit the motorway at Bellinzona Sud â€“ or Locarno, continue towards Locarno and Brissago. After Brissago, you will reach the Italian/Swiss border. Continue to Cannobio and then to Cannero for the key handover (at Agency Zanetti) and then on to Ghiffa (5 km before Verbania). In Ghiffa, opposite the Hotel Ghiffa, turn right towards the district of Ronco, stay on the right side until you reach a small roundabout, turn left here. Go straight and when you reach the main road, turn left and at the first fork turn right towards Frino up to the small square where the public parking is located. Park here and walk up. Take the first path on the left, Via Cantonetto, keep to the right until you reach house number 38, where Rustico La Gra is located.

Traumhafter Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore.

Sehr ruhige Lage, da es das letzte Haus des Ortes ist. Nur das Rauschen des kleinen Baches neben dem Haus ist zu hören. Einfach wunderbar. Das Rustico ist die richtige Unterkunft um sich einfach ein paar Tage zu erholen. Der kurze Fußweg zum Anwesen hat uns nicht gestört.
Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Auch möchten wir uns für den sehr netten Kontakt mit der Agentur Zanetti bedanken. Uns wurde direkt geholfen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Für romantische Tage zu zweit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man muss zwar ein paar Schritte zu Fuß gehen, was insbesondere bei der An- und Abreise mit Gepäck etwas mühsam ist, doch dafür wird man mit idyllischer und ruhiger Lage sowie Blick auf den See entschädigt. Insbesondere das Frühstück und die langen Abende auf der Terrasse waren ein Traum. Das Haus ist nicht groß, doch für 2 Personen ideal, da man sich eh die meiste Zeit außer Haus aufhält. Auch unser Hund konnte sich in dem eingezäunten Grundstück frei bewegen. Das Rustico ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, insbeondere die sehr große Küche ist hervorzuheben, jedoch gibt es keinen Backofen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr netter Gastgeber, wir durften uns im Garten um das Haus herum mit Obst und Gemüse bedienen. Es war für uns eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen !

Tolles Gesamtkonzept. Ruhige und abgelegene Lage mit super Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Agentur und den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Unterkunft. Weg vom Parkplatz zur FeWo etwas steil und 5 min lang. Für uns war das kein Problem. Aussicht auf den Lago ist einfach Traumhaft. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Dusche/Bad ausreichend warmes Wasser und groß genug für zwei. Wohnung insgesamt sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Schlüsselannahme und auch die Abgabe vollig Problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter in der Agentur sprechen Deutsch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Alles bestens. Eine Beschreibung bzw Bedienungsanleitung für die Pellet Heizung für Laien wäre nicht schlecht. Falls die Fewo nächstes Jahr wieder frei sein sollten kommen wir gerne nochmal.

Idyllische unterkunft. Sehr idyllisch, aber auch sehr abgelegen. Gepäck etc muß über Trampelpfad zum Haus getragen werden. Schöner Blick auf den See, sehr ruhig.

Reposant, agréable avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location que nous avons beaucoup aimé. La location est très bien équipée avec une très belle vue sur le lac, et idéalement située. Nous recommandons avec plaisir cet endroit !

Super! Super saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung. Es ist etwas abgelegen und man muss vom Parkplatz 2-3min laufen, was aber absolut kein Problem ist. Es gibt auf dem Parkplatz ausreichend Parkplätze. Wunderbar ist der Garten ums Haus herum. Hier wächst alles mögliche an frischen Gemüse und wir durften es zum Kochen verwenden. Zudem wohnen ein paar Hühner im Garten und mit Glück bekommt man morgens frische Eier. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und der Hund kann dort toben. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.

Die Lage mit tollem Blick zum Lago inmitten von Gärten und am Waldrand ist toll und ruhig. Zu Fuß sind auch einige Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Weg zum Häuschen vom öffent. Parkplatz ist wirklich kurz aber teilweise nicht befestigt. Das Ferienhäuchen ist gut ausgestattet und war sauber. In der Wohnküche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Bett hatte eine sehr gute Matratze. 1 Punkt abzug bei der Ausstattung wegen dem fehlenden WLAN... was uns aber nicht störte da der Handyempfang im Haus sehr gut ist. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben uns mit ihren Eiern und Gemüse versorgt.
