In 2019/20, the listed townhouse “Der Arnisser”, in which the apartment is located, was extensively renovated
without sacrificing any of the historical charm.
From the front door of the apartment, you enter the large and bright kitchen with an integrated kitchen island.
In the adjoining living room, you can relax in front of the fireplace on a large sofa bed for two people or
make yourself comfortable in a cosy armchair. There is also a fold-out dining table with room for four.
The apartment is bright and sunny thanks to three large windows. The white floorboard also contributes to this.
From the bedroom – with the fantastic four-poster bed and extra high and comfortable mattresses – you have a view
on the marina of Arnis. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub from which you can look out over the marina as well as separate shower. Towels, towel warmers, and a hairdryer are available for use.

Before the start of the rental period, the guest may withdraw from the rental agreement by means of a written declaration to the landlord.
The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee compensation for the expenses already incurred by the owner and the lost profit in the following amounts:
- Cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival: 20%
- Cancellation up to 35 day prior to arrival: 50%

Bezüglich Ihrer Anmerkung der Matratzen sind wir doch etwas verwundert.
Die Betten sind mit sehr hochwertigen hohen Boxspring-Matratzen und Toppern ausgestattet die gerade einmal 2 Jahre alt sind.
Darauf legen wir sehr viel Wert, um unseren Gästen in ihrem Urlaub einen erholsamen Schlaf zu ermöglichen.
Es tut uns sehr leid wenn Sie dies nicht so empfunden haben.

Formidable
Romantischer gehts es kaum....
Alles war perfekt, sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Die Ufer der Schlei erreicht man von der Wohnung aus in knapp 3 Minuten - nach langen Spaziergängen am Wasser gab es für uns nichts Schöneres als sich gemütlich aufs Sofa an den knisternden Kamin im Wohnzimmer zu kuscheln. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und waren sicherlich nicht das letze Mal dort.

Eine Wohnung mit Flair vom Feinsten!
Eine tolle Wohnung - hell, grosszügig und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet.
Tip top sauber! Einfach klasse.
Die Betten sind der Hammer - wir schliefen wie Babys! ... Arnis ist einfach bezaubernd.
Zu Fuss waren wir in 5 Minuten an der Schlei - die Umgebung ist Erholung pur!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Die Wohnung ist einfach super romantisch und wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit! Hell und grosszügig - Top Ausstattung & sehr sauber! Die Boxspring-Matratzen sind sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen wieder!

Einfach nur schön!
Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Frau Fröhlich & Herr Pink sind reizende Vermieter - wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet.
Alles war tip top! Es fehlte uns an nichts.
Mit den Rädern oder zu Fuss kann man wunderbar vom Haus aus direkt zu Schlei gelangen.
Die Umgebung ist einmalig schön.
