The holiday apartment is nestled in our idyllic, natural garden and, with its large natural terrace, offers an intense nature experience.
Tall, double-winged glass elements towards the terrace and the sea give the
large main room a panoramic view through the garden to the sea.
Guests have at their disposal a large, characterfully designed bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, which is followed by an equally spacious marble bathroom. The 2 additional sleeping places are located in a rear niche of the large living room, also with a view of the sea.

In the event of a guest's cancellation after the signed rental agreement has been sent and the deposit has been transferred, the following policy applies:
The deposit will only be refunded if the guest or I find a suitable replacement tenant.
The same applies to the full amount if the cancellation of the rental agreement occurs 4 weeks or less before the start of the occupancy, and a re-letting cannot be carried out in time in accordance with the duty to mitigate damages.
To avoid any problems, I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example with ADAC.

Fußläufig sind der Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein kleiner Gemüsestand erreichbar. Zum Fischmarkt sind es wenige Autominuten. Insgesamt ist die Infrastruktur hervorragend! In der toll ausgestatteten Küche sowie den verschiedenen Grills hatten wir großartige kulinarische Möglichkeiten!

Für Naturliebhaber und Kroatienfans
Meine Bewertung war immer zu lang.Die Lage des Hauses einschließlich der Bademöglichkeit direkt am Garten optimal. Die Einrichtung ist sehr inviduell, die gut ausgestattete Küche läd mit Meerblick zum Kochen ein. Es war ein gelungener Genießer-Urlaub auf einer ländlichen Insel.
