The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement by written declaration before the start of the rental period. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal at the lessor is decisive.
If the tenant withdraws from the lease, he has to make a lump sum replacement for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amount:
Cancellation up to 3 months prior to the start of the rental period: no cancellation fees
Cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 1 week before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
Cancellation within the last week before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
The tenant reserves the right to prove that the lessor has suffered no or a significantly lower loss.
The tenant may appoint a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contract relationship in his place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party, if the landlord appears economically or personally unreliable.
If a third party enters into the rental agreement, he and the previous tenant are liable to the lessor as jointly and severally responsible for the rental price and the additional costs incurred by the third party.
The landlord shall, in good faith, rent an accommodation which has not been used elsewhere and must allow the savings saved to be credited to the cancellation fees claimed by him.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant.

Shortly before Oberstdorf (McDonald on the right) take the first exit in a roundabout towards Kleinwalsertal. After approx. 15 km turn right towards "Schwende". After the "Breitachbrücke" follow a sharp turn to the right immediately turn left, direction "Innerschwende". After approximately 300m turn right into the private road "Innerschwende 12a, b, c", uphill and through the house passage, on the left you will find the entrance to 12a at the end of the building.

Schöne Zeit im Kleinwalsertal
Der Balkon ist super, man schaut über das gesamte Dorf Riezlern und man hat alle Berge des Kleinwalsertals um Blick. Einmalige Lage!!
Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.
Auch die Schlüsselübergabe ist top durchdacht, und klappt reibungslos.
Die Lage im Kleinwalsertal bietet einige Attraktionen.
Breitachklamm (einmaliges Naturwunder) viele Bergbahnen und noch vieles mehr.

herzlichen Dank das wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrer Ferienwohnungen verbringen konnten. Endlich mal ein Vermieter der verstanden hat wie Urlaub sein sollte. Eine tolle Wohnung, das schöne Bad mit neuen Handtüchern, die Küche mit stimmigem Geschirr und einer Ausstattung , welche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Krönung war natürlich der unglaubliche Ausblick vom großen Balkon . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der Anstieg von der Garage zum Hauseingang ist wirklich- gerade am Anfang- recht steil, wir brauchen auch immer etwas Eingewöhnungszeit. Dafür entschädigt dann aber der tolle unverbaute Blick ins Tal.
