Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 ZGBe
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:
The reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 28 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellations by the guest within the period from 28 days before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge for the entire booked period.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.
