Layout: On the sixth floor, you enter the living area with an open kitchen. Through the large windows, you have a beautiful view over the dunes, beach, and sea. The modern, luxuriously equipped kitchen comes with all amenities including an induction stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A sliding door in the living room leads to the spacious balcony. The two bedrooms are on the south side. The first bedroom has a double box spring bed and offers access to the south balcony with a view of Cadzand-Bad and the polder landscape behind it. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and also has access to the south balcony. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the hallway, you will find a second, separate toilet.
The stairs in the living room take you to the seventh floor, where there is a separate TV room. On this floor are the third and fourth bedrooms, both with a bunk bed. There is also a third bathroom with a shower. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. Please note that the staircase does not have a railing.
