Welcome to the Paijmans Holiday Apartment, conveniently located near the Heimberg chairlift! This prime location provides you with direct access to the eastern side of the Lenzerheide ski area, allowing for comfortable ski-in and ski-out. From here, you also have access to the spectacular Lenzerheide-Arosa connecting cableway, which takes you to the Arosa ski area. Additionally, within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Proschieri valley station, connecting you to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski area. In winter, you will benefit from direct access to the cross-country ski trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old. In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities. Numerous cycling tours and hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the idyllic Heidsee by bike (only 4 minutes by car), where you can enjoy stand-up paddling, swimming, surfing, sailing, pedal boats, rowing boats and kayaking. Triangle house D / 1st floor / Lift / wifi / 1 room with double bed / 1 room with two bunk beds / 1 bathroom with WC and shower / 1 separate WC Dog allowed, but best time must be reported in advance - dog fee. The holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Heimberg chairlift and the cross-country ski trail. (In the same house are also the following holiday flats Meyer, Sieben, Grossenberger and Petersen). - Bed linen includes towels & kitchen linen - the parking space is included - fee-based services: Washing machine / tumble dryer (coin-operated machines in the common area) - if you thake your pet with you there will be an extra payment charge of CHF 30.00 to be paid directly to the landlord.
