The apartment is modernly furnished to a high standard and has both a terrace and a balcony, both with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, and the directly adjacent 18-hole golf course. Whether you are a golfer or a bathing beach type or a natural beach for hiking and amber collecting - everything is within walking distance. And if you feel "bored" due to the wonderful peace and quiet, the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and the beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar - each just 20 minutes away by car - offer enough hustle and bustle and other activities.

The apartment welcomes you with a bright and modernly furnished living area in which a comfortable sofa, when converted into a sofa bed, offers two additional sleeping spaces measuring 1.60m x 2.00m. Self-caterers will find a very high-quality kitchen integrated into the living area. For shared meals, you can use the large dining kitchen island with 4 comfortable bar stools or, in good weather, the dining table on the approximately 18 sqm terrace. The additional balcony with a wonderful view offers you relaxation - either in the hammock or on two sun loungers.

In the cozy bedroom with a large four-poster bed (1.80m x 2.10m), a spacious chest of drawers, a bench and suitcase racks, you can spend restful nights in incredible peace. A modern bathroom with shower, sink, towel heater and toilet completes the offer. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used communally for a fee.

Technical entertainment is provided by a flat screen (smart TV), USB stereo system and free WiFi. This is a non-smoking residence. The apartment is quiet and sunny between Wismar - a world cultural heritage site - and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wieschendorf. The nearby natural beach and the small marina are just a few minutes' walk away, about 0.8 km. After a walk on the beach, you can enjoy the sea view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant's outdoor terrace. In the designated nature reserves you can hear the crane.
