Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Villa Duno, das spricht für sich. Wie auch früher schon, sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieter, Ausstattung wie früher schon optimal. Werden sicher noch einmal dorthin fahren. Die Kaution wurde umgehend zurücküberwiesen, was nicht immer üblich ist.

Prima Gastgeber. Tolles Haus mit prima Ausstattung. Alles funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Strand in guter Entfernung zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern herrliche Sommerferienwochen in diesem sehr gepflegten, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt- man kann zum Strand laufen oder auch in wenigen Minuten ins schöne Dorf Oostkapelle radeln.
Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar ihre Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Duno sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sehr angenehm. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Platz hatten wir zu Zweit natürlich reichlich! Der Strand ist wunderbar nah. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, aber dann hoffentlich komplett mit der ganzen Familie.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Duno rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Es gab eine ausführliche Führung durchs Haus, in der erklärt wurde, wo alles zu finden ist, und wie die Elektrogeräte wie Fernseher, Gasofen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine zu bedienen sind. Die Ausstattung der Villa Duno lässt nichts vermissen. Von Fahrrädern, Bollerwagen, Grill bis hin zur Ausstattung der Küche: man findet alles, was man braucht. Der Standort ist optimal: der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und für die Zeit zu Hause lädt die großzügige Sonnenterasse zum entspannen ein. Wenn wir wieder nach Oostkapelle kommen, freuen wir uns auf einen erneuten Besuch in der Vila Duno bei dem sehr sympatischen Ehepaar van Ruijven

Die Einrichtung ist einfach, zweckmäßig, ohne Stil (altmodisch) und nicht besonders hochwertig. Weitere Mängel: Steile Treppe zum OG (nicht f. Familien mit kleinen Kindern u. ältere Menschen geeignet), kein Bad WC im OG. Die Leseecke im OG laut wegen Heizungsanlage. Das Schlafzi. im EG sehr klein. Küche: Kein Backofen! Nur nötigste Ausstattung. Terrasse zur Straße, der "Garten" hinter dem Haus ungepflegt/nicht nutzbar. Die Einführung durch die Vermieterin eine einzige Belehrung, was man nicht darf u. wie man sich zu verhalten hat. Überall Schilder m. Regeln und Verboten. Teil der Kaution nicht erstattet, da sich angebl. i. d. Küche Fett an den Fliesen befand, das Haus nach Öl roch (das Haus hat eine offene Küche!) und angebl. ein Deckel beschädigt war. Wir können dieses Haus nicht empfehlen!

In unseren Gaestebuch ins Haus haben wir nur sehr positieve Bewertungen bekommen. Mit Herr Braun haben wir Streit gehabt ueber das abwohnen von unseren Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist schrecklich schmutzig hinter gelassen mit ein schreckliches Backduft.
Wir haben mit 2 Personen 2 Stunde extra noetig gehabt um das Haus wieder sauber zu machen. Wir koennen diese Gaeste nicht empfehlen. Mit ein schlechtes Bewertung wollte Herr Braun uns nur beschaedigen.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die sympathischen Eigentümer. Wirklich superschön, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Tolle ruhige Lage , kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand. Nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir sagen DANKE und kommen gerne wieder....

Strandnahes und großzügiges Haus. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Gut ausgestattet: Flat TV, Radio, DVD Player, flottes W-lan, toller Kamin, Atrium, Gäste WC, große Badewanne und sehr gute Betten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ein toller Ort zum wohlfühlen. Wünschenswert wäre etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck für 6 Personen.

Die Villa Duno ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Bad mit WC, zusätzliche separate Gästetoilette, weitere Waschgelegenheit/Waschbecken in einem Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gaskamin) und in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Hier merkt man deutlich, dass die Eigentümer selber Übergabe und Reinigung übernehmen. Als Familie mit 4 Kindern im Alter von 13 bis 18 haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
