Non-smoking apartment, no pets! Suitable for allergy sufferers. Boutiques, places to shop, bars and restaurants of all varieties and the municipal forest are all located in the immediate vicinity and can all be reached easily on foot.
The beach and the pier are around 200 m away. You can hear the sounds of the sea if you open the window at night.
The holiday apartment, which faces outwards at the rear of the property, is cosy, well-cared for, furnished in a modern style and provides space for 2-3 people. It sits on the 1st floor of a small residential development.

You must give us your postal address when you book. After you book, you will then receive your rental contract in the mail. This lets you carefully check over everything you need to know again (overall price/payment terms and conditions). Please sign this rental contract and send it back to the service office at the estate (only then will your booking be complete). This office will act as your point of contact in the local area - its employees are responsible for all aspects of your stay (apartment handover, key handover, etc.)
Please note that bookings during the high season need to be made chronologically with no gaps - or with minimum periods of 7, 10 or 14 nights left free between bookings.
The minimum stay during New Year's is 4 nights.
The rental prices are applicable for 2 adults. Kids aged 0 - 14 stay free of charge.
Bed linen/hand and bath towels are not included in the price. Laundry packages (bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels) can be booked for 18 euro per person. If you book this option, the beds will also be made up for you. You're also very welcome to bring your own linen/towels, etc.
The size of the deposit and the payment terms and conditions depend on when you make your booking. If you make a last minute booking, it may be possible for you to pay on arrival without a deposit.
