The apartment is located on a listed estate in the beautiful Weserbergland in an absolutely secluded and quiet location, ideal for pure relaxation. You can also enjoy many tourist activities, hiking and cycling along the river Weser. The flat itself is modern and cosy. There is absolute peace and quiet at night. There is neither street noise nor light smog or similar. You can move around freely on the large property and set off on long walks. There are no other holiday flats / holiday guests, so you have the terrace in the garden to yourself. It is the ideal place for nature lovers and the starting point for many activities in the surrounding area.

Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines restaurierten Fachwerkhauses / Hofs. Dieser liegt mitten in der Natur außerhalb des Ortes. Die Zimmer sind durch die sichtbaren Wand- und Deckenbalken sehr gemütlich. Auf dem Hofgelände ist ein großer schöner Obstgarten mit vielen verschiedenen Obstsorten angelegt. Auf der Terrasse des Backhauses lässt sich wunderbar die Natur genießen. Es lassen sich viele Tiere in der Umgebung beobachten, wir waren froh unsere Ferngläser mitgenommen zu haben. Hase und Fuchs, Rotwild, Singvögel, Turmfalken und andere Greifvögel waren zu sehen. Im Teich auf dem Grundstück gibts auch einiges zu entdecken, zB Molche. Wir haben auch viele Wanderungen mit dem Hund unternommen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.
Wir hatten schöne Tage und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt genau wie beschrieben in absoluter Natur. Man kann wunderbar wandern und Radfahren oder einfach nur im Garten sitzen und die Abgeschiedenheit genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Wer mal raus möchte aus Lärm und Hektik, ist hier richtig.
Ein einsamer Hof mit großem Außengelände inmitten von Wald und Wiese. Nebenan eine riesengroße Weide für glückliche Kühe, kaum andere Geräusche als Wind, Bachgeplätscher, Frösche, Grillen, Bienen, und nachts ein Käuzchen...
Herrlich zum Runterfahren. Wanderungen ab Haus über vielfältige Wanderwege möglich.
Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Ausstattung einfach, aber genügend.
Sehr guter und freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Sie ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 Minuten an der Weser, zum nächsten Supermarkt, zum Freibad und zur Tankstelle sind es ca. 15 Minuten. In der weiteren Umgebung liegen schöne und geschichtsträchtige Städte und viel, viel Natur.
