It can be reaches with separate entrance and is equipped with laminate floors in the living and bed rooms and tiles in the bathroom. The big terrace doors and large windows show a great panoramic view to the Acherkogl and the ski area Hochoetz. Furthermore the comfortable apartment is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, satellite TV (81 cm flatscreen), radio, CD-player and washing machine. Internet is available.

Reach Ötztal valley via autobahn A12, use exit "Ötztal". Cross the bridge towards Sautens, turn right at the bus stop towards the centre. Go past the town hall and post office. After about 200 m (at the magasin "Raumasstattung Köll") turn left into Hinterrain 8.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit die wir mit unseren Hunden verbringen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit traumhafter Bergsicht auf dem Dorf sucht ist hier genau richtig. Zum Gassi gehen sehr gut gelegen. Hier kommt man gerne wieder hin. Herzliche Grüße Bettina und Uwe

nach gut 6-std. staufreier Rückreise sind wir wieder
gut zuhause angekommen.
Wir haben uns in Ihrer schönen Fe.Wohng. sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns besonders für die freundliche und angenehme Atmosphäre in Ihrem Hause.
tolle Pistenverhältnisse und 6 Tage Ski-Fahren waren leider viel zu schnell vorbei.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch schon wieder für den nächsten Urlaub gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das familienfreundliche Skigebiet ist nicht weit und gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und herzlich. Im Ort gibt es einige Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf und was man da nicht bekommt, kann man im Nachbarort Ötz besorgen. Nahe am Haus gehen schöne Wanderwege los, die wohl auch bei Schnee gut zu begehen sind. Alles, in allem eine runde Sache, wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei Euch!

we enjoyed our holiday so much...the apartment was like being at home.. very cosy and beautiful,with amazing views of the snow covered mountains.The apartment had every comfort imagenable,and Sabine was a fantastic host.she went out of her way to make our stay memorable,and had a wealth of knowledge about the region.We recommend this property wholeheartedly. Was gibt es schöneres? Morgens, noch vor dem Skifahren und beim Frühstück den Blick auf die Berge genießen. Abends müde in die Fewo kommen und sich einfach wohlfühlen! Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt, super ausgestattet und dazu noch sehr nette Vermieter! Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben einen tollen 2-wöchigen Urlaub mit unserem Hund in der sehr schönen, modern ausgestatteten, wunderbar hellen und gemütlichen FeWo verbracht. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war traumhaft. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war super sauber. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr liebenswert und zuvorkommend. Wir haben herrliche Wanderungen in der wunderschönen Landschaft des Ötztales unternommen.

Vom ersten Moment an ein toller Urlaub. Wir wurden total herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Dann die super tolle, komfortabel ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche verlebt haben. Nach einem anstrengenden Skitag konnte man hier angenehm entspannen.
