Our detached holiday home Zonnehoek [see homepage "Zonnehoek-Texel"] has on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a bathroom with bathtub and shower facility, a living-dining room with cassette fireplace, and an open kitchen with granite worktop, dishwasher, tall refrigerator (183 l with 17 l *** freezer compartment), pad and filter coffee machine, and combination microwave. From both the living-dining room and the bedroom, French doors lead to the enclosed south-facing terrace [patio]. A small storage room with washing machine is accessible from the garden as well as from the bedroom. The entire ground floor has hard-wearing tiles, or granite flooring in the bathroom.
From the living-dining room, stairs lead to the upper floor [the stairs are not suitable for those with walking disabilities]. There are two bedrooms, each with bright, spacious dormer windows. Each bedroom has two single beds [2 beds each 90 x 200 and 2 beds each 100 x 200]. A bright bathroom with Velux window, shower, toilet, and sink is accessible from the upper hallway. The rooms on the upper floor have laminate flooring, while the bathroom has tiles.
The approximately 400 sqm garden is fully fenced. In front of the house, there is a double parking space.
