Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without the payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside the above-defined period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees:

Peter und seine Frau waren außerdem ausgezeichnete Gastgeber/innen, die uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen - ging es um Schneeschuhe, Ausflugsziele oder einen Obstler. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und diesen tollen Urlaub!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen über Silvester in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gemangelt. Ein Highlight war die neue Fasssauna direkt vor dem Haus, die wir jeden Tag nutzen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, so nett sind wir bisher noch nirgendwo aufgenommen worden.
Es wird zudem auch noch ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Zum nächsten Skigebiet Dachstein-West sind es nur 7 Autominuten, lediglich die Größe des Skigebiets hat noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben. War für einen Familienskiurlaub aber absolut ausreichend - zumal man in nur 35 Minuten im Skigebiet Hochkönig ist - wenn man unbedingt will.
