Description

Casa La Soleá is a cosily furnished holiday home in the Pinar de los Guisos district of Chiclana de la Frontera. The name of the district refers to the majestic umbrella pines that grow here. The house is located between the town centre and La Barrosa beach, just a five-minute drive from the sea and the nearest supermarkets.
The holiday home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus one outdoor bathroom. The garden offers a green atmosphere and invites you to relax. There are three spacious terraces for outdoor living: the entrance terrace with a sofa and armchairs, a shaded terrace with a brick barbecue and stone table overlooking the 8 x 4 metre pool with Roman steps, and another covered terrace directly by the pool.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice garden, great BBQ terrace with shade roof, large pool with Roman steps.
At present, the house electrical system is not designed for charging electric vehicles; therefore, charging from the household power supply is unfortunately not possible. Please plan to use public charging stations available in the area.

Meine Frau und ich waren für 10 Tage vor Ort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war hervorragend eingerichtet; es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Volker und Simone haben sich direkt Zeit für uns genommen, sich mit uns zusammengesetzt und viele tolle Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Man spürt in jedem Detail, wie viel Herzblut und Engagement in der Unterkunft steckt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Liebes Team der Villa Perla,es war vom ersten Moment an wunderschön.Eure Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft hat alles noch um ein vielfaches aberundet und so konnten wir eine absolut wunderschöne Woche in eurem Appartment genießen…
Das Appartment ist super modern und traumhaft hergerichtet und natürlich nicht zu vergessen DIE TERRASSE…denn von hier aus durften wir echt super schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben!!!

Ein überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattetes Apartment, welches von sehr netten Inhabern geführt wird. Wir erhielten tolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Insel Murter. Die Lage ist äußerst gut, da man in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung beheimatet ist. Danke für alles.
