This large swimming pool house is located at one of the plots with the best panoramic view of Ebeltoft cove. 5 bedrooms, all with 2 beds, mean that there is plenty of room for the large family or 2 families sharing. You can also enjoy the view if the ocean from the pool area while the children frolic in the pool. The kitchen, which has e.g. dish washer and microwave oven, is in open connection to the living room so you can have talks while preparing dinner. The wood-burning stove can help create a cosy atmosphere, especially on cold nights. Outside you can enjoy the sun on the terrace and have cosy barbecues. There is a swing for the children. There are several areas on the plot where you can find shelter from the wind. Access from the pool area to the terrace. The house is high-located and has a steep driveway which may be challenging on winter days but at the same time means that the house has a secluded location.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Der Pool-Spa-Saunablick ist das letzte neue Gebäude
Schönes Ferienhaus, fantastische Lage
Schön eingerichtet, schön sauber und mit einem Pool, der sehr beliebt war,
Lage, Innenausstattung und Zustand
Es lohnt sich Fahrräder mitzunehmen, Es ist schön die Mols Bjerge per Rad zu erkunden, Die Radwege sind toll ausgeschildert, Auch die Radwege an der Küste entlang nach Randers/Grenaa machen Spass, Auch im Herbst bei Schmuddel-Wetter lässt sich viel unternehmen und Ebeltoft ist einfach zauberhaft, Und das köstliche dänische Eis schmeckt sowieso zu jeder Jahreszeit, Ein Ausflug nach Aarhus lohnt sich ebenfalls! Wir haben das berühmte Kunst-Museum ARos und das Freilichtmuseum "Den Gamle By" besucht, Und nicht zu vergessen: Aarhus ist eine "Shopping-Stadt"!

Ein schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht in einer abwechslungsreichen Umgebung, / / Besonders gefallen hat uns: / Kindersichere Tür zum Pool / Genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten / Genügend Besteck und Geschirr für viele Personen / Alkoven / Sauna mit Panoramafenster / Glasfront und Oberlichter / Hohes Bett in dem Zimmer zur Terrasse, dadurch Blick aufs Meer vom Bett aus / Trampolin / / / Das hätten wir gerne noch gehabt: / Ablageflächen in den Duschen / Dass das Fenster in dem Zimmer zur Terrasse ganz aufgeht / Terrasse steht bei Regen unter Wasser, sollte abschüssig sein / Befestigung des sehr steilen Abhanges zur Auffahrt hin - für kleinere Kinder gefährlich / Markise / Rollo im Wohnzimmer (Glasfront, Oberlichter) / Willkommensordner mit Infos und Anleitungen (TV, Müll, Pooltemperatur, etc) - sorry, wir haben das liebevolle Gästebuch erst sehr spät entdeckt / Trockner / bewegliches Wäschegestell / / Die Besitzer haben sich viel Mühe und auch Gedanken über die Gestaltung gemacht und ein total liebevolles Gästebuch mit handgeschriebenen Infos vorbereitet,

tolles haus mit einem super blick auf das meer, / sehr geschmackvolle einrichtung und eine luxiuriöse ausstattung, poolraum mit whirrpool waren super, die sauna war traumhaft,
Es gab von allem etwas, Spiele, Fernsehen, Pool, Spa usw., so dass die ganze Familie die Zeit drinnen verbringen konnte, wenn das Wetter nicht für Outdoor-Aktivitäten geeignet war, und dann war es ein super schönes, frisch renoviertes Haus,
Es war alles lecker und neu, / Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und die Aussicht war großartig, Besser als auf den Bildern,
Eine solide Wahl für einen Gruppenurlaub, Das Haus ist geräumig und hat alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, Wir hatten ein wenig Schwierigkeiten mit der steilen Auffahrt im Winter, aber die Ausblicke vom Haus machten es wert, Nahegelegene Restaurants waren ein schöner Bonus!
