Large and spacious holiday cottage with swimming pool and plenty of space. The house was built in 1989, renovated in 2005, and regularly maintained. Large living room/open concept kitchen, three bedrooms, two mezzanines, two bathrooms, whirlpool, sauna, swimming pool, small covered and huge open terrace. TV with approx. 30 channels, including several German. Swing and ball course for the kids. There is underfloor heating in the pool area and the bathrooms. The decor is personal, modern and tasteful. Owner has with a sure hand and great sense of fun furnished the house, so every stay here will be associated with relaxation and wellbeing. The large windows help letting in the sun throughout the day so the daylight can be fully exploited. The house has many m² ideal for two families wishing to spend their holiday together or for a large family. The plot is a flat open plot with little vegetation. Here there are excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as ball games with the kids, enjoying the evenings around the grill or sunbathing on the hot days.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
