Description

Holiday home with hot tub, sauna, and activity room located close to Denmark's best sandy beach in Marielyst, just approx. 100 meters from the house. The well-equipped holiday home has an activity room with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, and a game console. The living room has an air-to-air heat pump, free wireless internet, Apple TV, and Chromecast for streaming your own services. The house is bright throughout, with tasteful décor in a mixed, modern, and cozy style. The bright kitchen has ceramic hobs, an induction cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There are two good bathrooms with showers, and one has a 2-person spa bath and a sauna for 3-4 people, where you can spend many hours. Washing machine and dryer available. There are four good bedrooms with double beds. Loft for two people with a double bed/mattress. Garden grill for those lovely evenings when you want to relax. Large terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing, with garden furniture and deck chairs. From the large terrace, on many days you can hear the pleasant sound of the water from the fantastic sandy beach. Space for ball games, play, and activities on the large grounds. There is an in-ground trampoline for the little ones on the grounds (use at your own risk/insurance). A hairdryer is now available in both bathrooms. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten hier einen tollen Familienurlaub, Die Lage war ideal für den Zugang zum Strand und zu den lokalen Attraktionen, Das Haus selbst war gut gepflegt und hatte einen schönen Außenbereich zum Grillen und Entspannen in der Sonne, Wir werden auf jeden Fall in Betracht ziehen, zurückzukehren!

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Die Lage ist friedlich, wenn auch etwas weit von den Hauptattraktionen entfernt, Wir haben den nahegelegenen Ulslev Strand genossen, der wunderschön war, Der einzige Nachteil war die Heizung, die eine Weile brauchte, um warm zu werden, aber der Eigentümer war sehr hilfsbereit,
