Spacious cottage with whirlpool and sauna and four bedrooms located in a quiet holiday area on a completely undisturbed, flat natural plot surrounded by planting only approx. 700 meters from the sea and beach in the sought-after area by Grønhøj Strand a little south of Løkken. The house was built in 1988/1999 and is regularly maintained and newly furnished. It contains a kitchen / living room in open connection, four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool, sauna and two shower niches and a guest toilet. The living area is bright and spacious with a cozy corner and dining area. The furniture is in personal Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on well-being and cosiness. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. There is a garden room. The plot is a flat natural plot with planting and good opportunities for outdoor activities such as. play with the kids, barbecue evenings or sunbathing. There are swings, sandpit, playhouse and football goal for the kids.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Sehr geräumiger Ort mit allem Komfort, Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten viel Platz, Der Wohnbereich war hell und perfekt, um gemeinsam zu entspannen, Eine Sache, die wir anmerken möchten, ist, dass der Wasserdruck in der Dusche besser sein könnte, aber das war kein großes Problem, Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
