Weather permitting, there is direct access from the large kitchen/dining room to the cottage's large 260 sqm terrace (70 sqm is covered), which surrounds the house and has two outdoor showers, where you can take a refreshing rinse after a nice dip in the pool. There is hot water in the outdoor shower. After a pleasant bath in the outdoor shower, you can jump into the house's outdoor spa (capacity for 6 people) and relax and enjoy the feeling of well-being with a cold glass of bubbles. The house is located on a large plot with trees. Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
