Description
In the small cozy village Karby on Mors, where you will find peace and quiet, this spacious, older town house is only approx. 370 m from the Limfjord and ferry crossing Næssund. The house is divided into 2 levels, where on the ground floor you will find a kitchen with dining area, bathroom, utility room with washer and dryer, and 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom with bar, billiards, darts, table tennis and TV with built-in Chromecast for streaming own programs / apps . Smoking is allowed in the master bedroom. The rooms are distributed so that there is a larger room with a double bed and wardrobe space, as well as two smaller ones with two single beds in each. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a sofa bed, as well as a larger living room with a cozy sofa group and TV with free Danish channels and built-in Chromecast for streaming own programs / apps. The house is ideal for angling, and has its own dinghy for use at your own risk. Cleaning area both outside and in the utility room, there is also a chest freezer. Outdoors there is seating both covered and open terrace, petanque court and wilderness bath. The wilderness bath is heated with wood briquettes, uses spatabs and DanCenter does not provide service on this. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
