The cottage itself has two bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. Large and spacious bathroom with shower, spa bath for two people, and large sauna with room for six to eight people. Living room with TV, Chromecast, and PlayStation3.Open and bright kitchen connected to the dining area. The annex has a small entrance hall with access to the bathroom, a room with a double bed, and a room with a double bed and TV. The kitchen opens onto a covered and furnished terrace. A really lovely outdoor area with a sunbathing area and several comfortable seating areas where you can enjoy the sun to the full. The garden has a covered lounge area, which can also be used as a shelter, and a swing set. Another furnished terrace with an awning. Large lawn area with space for ball games and garden games. The house has a parking space at the entrance and two parking spaces on the other side of the annex. The road on which the house is located leads directly down to a child-friendly sandy beach, and many people enjoy fishing in the area. Not far from shopping, mini golf course, and restaurants. Not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
