Description

Spacious cottage with sauna in a rural setting by Ballum and Marshland. In extension of the kitchen / living room, where the whole family can be accommodated, you will find the living room with wood burning stove and TV. There are two bathrooms, one of which has direct access to the house's sauna. The 12 beds are divided into six bedrooms each with a double bed. There is central heating on the ground floor and partial underfloor heating. On the 1st floor there is electric heating and here the Wadden Sea can be glimpsed in the distance. From the kitchen / family room there is access to the house terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. Free access to water park as well as free sports and fitness.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
