Description
Cottage with whirlpool, sauna and activity room located on a large plot down to a small lake with tables and benches around. One of the two bathrooms has a whirlpool and direct access to the sauna. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. An air / water heat pump is also installed. The house's kitchen, entrance and bathrooms have tiled floors, and the living room and bedrooms have wooden floors. The large and open kitchen opens into the living room, where the large glass sections provide a bright and inviting space. In the living room there is a wood burning stove that spreads coziness on cooler days. The activity room forms the framework for activities for the whole family with i.a. billiards and table tennis. The house sleeps in four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and the other two have two single beds. In addition, the house has a good loft, which seats four people. There is also a TV on the loft. The address of the house is partially covered and allows for barbecue and shelter. For the children, there are on the ground several play equipment and in the summer also a trampoline (Use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). Free admission to Swimming Center Falster. Not for rent to youth groups.

Großes Wohnzimmer, langer Esstisch und Aktivitätsraum
Das Haus ist groß, hell und freundlich, / Gepflegt, Sauber und ordentlich, / Gute geräumige Schlafzimmer, / Ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie in der Küche brauchen,
Es war ein gutes Sommerhaus, viel Platz / aber ich dachte, das Dan Center sollte nachsehen, ob es gereinigt wurde, es war sehr schmutzig, als wir ankamen und wir konnten niemanden erreichen, da die Telefone geschlossen waren, also konnten wir zuerst anrufen am nächsten Tag / Ich musste das kleine Badezimmer putzen, damit wir unsere Sachen unterbringen konnten / und die Küche musste auch getrocknet werden, weil es schön war, dass am nächsten Nachmittag 2 Leute kamen und fast 2 Stunden dort waren, dachte ich angemessen, dass ich etwas Geld zurückbekommen habe
