Description
Sunny and comfortable holiday cottage with pool situated on a nice, hilly plot with dunes – partial sea view - only 200 metres away from a child-friendly beach. Just nearby you will find the idyllic fishing hamlet called Snogebæk with many small shops and cosy restaurants. The cottage is furnished in a modern, Scandinavian style with all kind of modern conveniences. The big pool room has a big swimming pool (7m x 2.5m x 1.6 m), a whirlpool for 6 to comfort sore muscles, solarium and sauna. The big, bright living room has TV with satellite dish, stereo set and wood-burning stove. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with microwave oven and dish washer. There are also a washing machine and a dryer. The big wood terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor life in full. During the warm summer evenings this is the perfect place to gather around the grill. The house has a double carport with a tool shed. At a distance of approx. 5 kilometres you have Dueodde’s 18-hole golf course with driving range and par 5. The green fee is rather cheap on Bornholm. The location of the house makes it a fine place to stay all the year round.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort für unsere Gruppe! Die offene Küche und der große Wohnbereich machten es uns leicht, zusammenzukommen und Mahlzeiten zu genießen, Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien oder Gruppen, die einen komfortablen Aufenthalt suchen,
Tolle Lage, Ausserdem fanden wir den Schnitt des Hauses gelungen,

Mit 12 Erwachsenen gab es viel Platz und bei schlechtem Wetter eine schöne private „Schwimmhalle“

Schön klein mit guten Zimmern, / Wir haben eine neue Kaffeemaschine gekauft, denn obwohl wir im Urlaub waren und viel Zeit hatten, wollten wir nicht 30 Minuten auf eine Kanne Kaffee warten, / Gerade als wir neue Teelöffel bekamen , da 10 Stück nicht durch 2 Teelöffel geteilt werden würden,
Die Unterkunft war gut gepflegt und hatte alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten, Die kurze Entfernung zum Dueodde Strand war perfekt für unsere Strandtage, Würde es jedem empfehlen, der Bornholm besucht,
Gute Lage, / Glühbirnen im Poolbereich müssen ausgetauscht werden - praktisch alle Glühbirnen waren kaputt, / Es gibt gutes Internet, aber z. B. Fernseher sind nicht mit dem Internet verbunden und daher können Smart-TV-Funktionen nicht genutzt werden, Alternativ chromecast wäre zu empfehlen,
Toller Ort für ein Familientreffen! Der Pool war ein Hit bei den Kindern, Sauber und geräumig, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand!
