Holiday house 12 Personen Ferienhaus in Fanø-By Traum

This holiday home with a hot tub, sauna, and various activities is located on a 2300 m² natural plot with trees, not far from the beautiful beach at Sønderho. The cottage is 175 m2 and can accommodate 12 people. The house was built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2016. Today, it is a modern and bright cottage with table tennis, billiards, and table football. Large, combined kitchen/family room/living room equipped with ceramic hobs, separate oven with grill and convection function, extractor hood, and dishwasher. Large dining area/living room with direct access to the large, open/covered terrace. The living room is equipped with a TV with both Danish and German channels, a stereo system, and high-quality Danish furniture. Large activity room with a combination table where you can play billiards and table tennis, and there is also a foosball table. Wi-Fi is installed in the house. Two large bathrooms, both with shower cubicles and underfloor heating, and there is both a washing machine and dryer. For relaxation and well-being, there is a spa bath and sauna. An air-to-air heat pump has also been installed. There are five bedrooms, three with double beds, one with a bunk bed for two people, and one with two single beds. There is also a large loft with two sleeping platforms connected to the large living room. For younger guests, there is both a high chair and a cot. The house is secluded on a large natural plot, offering ample opportunity to enjoy the nature on Fanø. There is a charging point for electric cars. It is only about 1000 m to one of Fanø's best beaches. Not available for rental to youth groups. During the spring of 2026, the house will be renovated and refurbished for new owners. Improvements include: Heat pump in the activity room (so now there are 2 in total in the house) New furniture outside and inside New Weber grill outside and much more. New pictures on the way :)A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
