1st row. This first-class holiday home in Danish building style is located in the 1st row directly down to the water in the Water and Landscape Park in Otterndorf. The garden room and the 33 m & # 178; large living room with panoramic windows has a cozy wood stove, two seating areas and dining table for twelve, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the park. Here there is enough space for coziness and community in front of the wood stove, which creates coziness in the evening and at the same time ensures a pleasant warmth on the cold evenings. The large TV with DVD player provides the entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is the open and modern equipped kitchen with i.a. microwave and dishwasher. There are a total of four bedrooms, all of which have double beds, and in the living room there are two alcoves, the so-called & quot; sleeping caves & quot ;, which the children especially find attractive. In each alcove there are two single beds. For the children there is a high chair and a cot. In addition, there are two bathrooms, both of which have a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. In one bathroom, in addition to the lovely, Scandinavian sauna, there is also a whirlpool with therapy jets that provide underwater massage. Here you can relax after a long day in nature and recharge for another day with a lot of experiences. The solarium ensures that you can maintain the tan color regardless of the season and weather type. Around the house there is both an open and a covered terrace, which invites to sunbathing and cozy barbecue evenings and at the same time gives you the opportunity to extend the summer evenings. The house's guests also have the opportunity to use 2 canoes each with room for 4 people. Use of these is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance. The canoes are an obvious opportunity to experience the area in a different way, as you can sail around the entire area and dock in different places. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Haus war groß genug für unsere Gruppe von 12, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Wasser, Der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer fügte eine schöne Note von Gemütlichkeit an den kühlen Abenden hinzu, Sehr zu empfehlen für Familientreffen!
Perfekte Lage in der Nähe des Strandes und coole Orte wie dem Leuchtturm, Der Gartenraum ist super chill für den Morgenkaffee, 10/10 würde empfehlen für jeden, der dem Stadtleben entfliehen möchte,

Alles vorher kontrollieren, Wir hatten sogar Unterwäsche vom Vorgänger gefunden und gebrauchte Pflaster in der Dusche, / Was wir sehr empfehlen können ist das Restaurant ahoi von Steffen Hennsler war sehr lecker
