Description
This cottage in Marielyst offers 15 m & # 178; swimming pool with swimming coach, so all week you can improve your condition with daily swimming combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, which is located outdoors on the terrace. In the activity room you can compete in billiards, electronic darts and table tennis while the rest of the family relaxes in the living room. In the well-thought-out kitchen, there is a large refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and plenty of table space, so you can conjure up delicious meals. There is of course underfloor heating in the bathrooms as well as in the rest of the house. There are TVs in different sections as well as PlayStation4 and DVD player for the kids' enjoyment. There are swings and a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance) for the children. On the large terrace with patio you can enjoy the sun and have cozy barbecue evenings. Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning at this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not for rent to youth groups. Note! Please note that the photos are model photos.

Im Haus funktionierte alles gut, wenn auch mit dem Geschirr in den Schränken etwas eingeschränkt,
Pool und Spielezimmer mit Tischtennis Billiard und Dart / Gute Schlafzimmeraufteilung
Wir erlebten falsche und fehlende Informationen. Der zugehörige Hausmeister erhielt die falsche Telefonnummer. – verursachte viele Komplikationen. Der Wasserzähler zeigte plötzlich Null an, als wir ihn ablesen mussten – große Verwirrung. Schlechte Kommunikation mit Dancenter – wir saßen für die Hälfte in der Telefonwarteschlange eine Stunde bis eine ganze Stunde, um Dancenter zu erreichen, Mülltrennung funktioniert nicht – weder im Haus noch am Container, Die Container waren bei der Ankunft voll, daher war es unmöglich, den Müll zu sortieren, Es gibt keine Aufklärung über das Spa im Freien , Dancenter bezieht sich auf Hausmeister und Hausmeister bezieht sich auf Dancenter& , / Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet - die Umgebung funktioniert nicht, was eine große Enttäuschung ist, / Bo Damgaard / 51186870
die Aufteilung der Räume, Ausstattung
Gut eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung und schön in der Nähe eines guten Badestrandes, allerdings fand ich es übertrieben, DKK 5,00 pro kWh zu verlangen. Ich arbeite täglich in einer Hausverwaltung, wo ich kurz vor dem Aufenthalt Stromabrechnungen für einen unserer Gäste erstellt habe Immobilien für den Zeitraum 1,4,22 - 31,3,23, hier betrug der durchschnittliche Preis für Strom inkl. Steuern 3,08 DKK pro kWh, und der aktuelle Preis liegt deutlich unter diesem Niveau. Er kann daher als versteckt angesehen werden zusätzliche Miete für den Eigentümer,
Das Haus war wunderbar groß und für alle Altersgruppen nutzbar / alles war neu und schien perfekt
Die Größe war gut, das Spa im Freien und der Pool drinnen
Alles war geschlossen im Januar, die Pizzeria ist sehr freundlich und man kann in Euro zahlen und bekommt sogar Euro zurück,
Es ist einfach ein schönes Haus, sauber und gepflegt, ABER, ABER, ABER, es fehlte an guten Seitensitzen, mehr Sesseln oder Sofas
Alles in allem ein fantastischer Ort und ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie
Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters waren wir froh, dass wir uns für ein Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz für zehn oder neun Personen entschieden hatten und dass es Billard, Tischtennis, Darts und Billard gab.
Vorsicht, trotz telefonischer Anfrage bzgl exakt diesen Themas habe ich falsche Informationen bekommen, Mir wurde am DanCenter Telefon versichert die Kaution unbar leisten zu können, wie es 2021 erwartbar ist, Vor Ort wurde dies rundweg abgelehnt, wir mussten zu einem Geldautomaten fahren und 5500 Kronen abheben, welche wir dann wieder ausgezahlt bekommen habe und Zurücktauschen mussten, Lediglich nur 1 (!) Schlüssel für 14 Personen Haus,,,Schade
Ein neues und modernes Ferienhaus, das äußerst gepflegt und in gutem Zustand war
Geräumige Atmosphäre für Tage! Perfekt für Gruppenurlaub - 6 Schlafzimmer bedeuten, dass niemand ausgeschlossen wird, Außerdem sind die Sauna und der Whirlpool nach einem Tag der Erkundung von Ulslev Strand echte Game Changer, Definitiv ein entspannter Ort!
