In Grønhøj, one of the absolute best beaches by the North Sea, you will find this holiday home from 2021 with both whirlpool, sauna and activity room. The house appears bright and tastefully decorated. The cottage has an open kitchen in connection with the living room and dining area. Here are plenty of opportunities for togetherness and holiday fun. The house has geothermal heating. The house has an annex with a loft, an extra bathroom and an activity room. In the activity room there is both billiards and table tennis. Around the house there are several large terraces, where there is both sun and shade, and plenty of opportunities for shelter. The cottage also has a large covered terrace, which largely acts as an additional extension of the living room. For the little ones, there is also both a swing and a sandbox. The house is located on a large natural plot of 2700 m2. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
