Everything you need for a successful vacation is within walking distance of this scenic gem. No matter the season, there is no excuse not to go swimming in this vacation home, as it is equipped with a luxurious pool. The pool measures 14 m2 and is equipped with Roman steps and a counter-current system. The feeling of luxury and wellness is complete, as the terrace features the house's luxurious outdoor hot tub and an outdoor sauna surrounded by nature (and the starry sky). The house has a cozy activity room that is ready for play and games for all ages and across generations; here you will find billiards, table tennis, and shuffleboard. If you are looking for more coziness and relaxation, there is also a cozy TV corner in the activity room. The activity room is equipped with a PlayStation 4 (remember to bring your own games). In the middle of the house, you will find the open kitchen/living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of space for large-scale cooking. In front of the kitchen, there is room for everyone at the long dining table, so the whole group can enjoy dinner together. On cool days, you can light the wood-burning stove in the living room while relaxing on the sofa with a good book or watching TV. The holiday home has two sleeping areas, each with a bathroom. Outside, there is also plenty of space for relaxation and play on the partially covered terrace, which also has garden furniture and a barbecue. Children can also play in the garden, which is landscaped as a natural area, and the house also has its own in-ground trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). It should be noted that the holiday area's communal playground is less than 100 meters from the house. The setting is therefore ideal for a successful vacation, regardless of the unpredictable Danish weather. The vacation home is located in a car-free area, but it is permitted to unload luggage or charge your electric car at a turning area by the house. Parking is no problem, as it is available in the holiday area's communal car park just 200 meters from the house. Utility bills and the deposit must be paid at the office. Not available for rental to youth groups.
