This 730 m² holiday home, partially renovated in 2023, with panoramic views of the Limfjord, both inside and out, is located just 300 metres from the water in Karby on Mors. The house also offers a huge 200 m² pool/activity area with a 32 m² swimming pool with counter-current system, water slide and children's pool. There is also lounge furniture and sun loungers. The 8-person sauna and bath/shower area are also located here. In the room next door (separated from the pool area by a glass wall) is a large activity room divided into two units with billiards, table tennis and darts, providing many hours of entertainment for the whole group. You will need to bring your own table tennis bats and balls. Separate multi-purpose hall with a badminton court with adjustable net for pickleball. There is also a separate squash court with international goals. Please bring your own rackets and balls. The holiday home is divided into two main buildings and a multi-purpose room in a separate building, so you can retreat in smaller groups. The farmhouse has an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, a main kitchen, a bathroom and a utility room. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, free internet, flat screen TV and Chromecast, which you can use to stream your own TV programmes. Large dining room with space for everyone and a view of the fjord. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, large freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds, a hallway and a bathroom with double whirlpool, shower, shower cubicle and toilet. The pool area, sauna, bath/shower area and activity centre are located in the second building. On the first floor there is a large living room, a landing, the second kitchen of the house with a small dining area and five fantastic bedrooms, all with good double beds and each with a balcony from which you can also enjoy the view of the fjord. There are also two bathrooms, both with a shower, bath and toilet. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, free internet, flat screen TV and Chromecast, which you can use to stream your own TV services. Kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The house also has a fantastic outdoor area with several open terraces with good garden furniture and deckchairs where you can enjoy your dinner with a view of the fjord. A charcoal barbecue is available. There is also a large covered area with table/bench set and good garden furniture as well as an outdoor fire pit where you can bake snow bread or roast marshmallows etc. There is also a large seating area under the roof, which can be reached via a ladder (at your own risk), which is particularly exciting for young people. Note: The basement of the farmhouse is currently not accessible (renovation work), so new exciting initiatives can be introduced as soon as possible. Not available for youth and craft groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
