Description
Unique holiday home from 2021 located approx. 50 meters from Grønhøj Beach. In the house there is pretty much everything the heart desires. The house has 11 double rooms with 11 bathrooms. So with the house's more than 300 m2, it is particularly suitable for e.g. course, meetings, birthdays and family holidays. In the large family room there is a dining area for 22 people, large kitchen with i.a. 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, etc. There is a utility room with utility room and large freezer. At the opposite end of the family room are i.a. 2 large corner sofas, TV m.m. Despite the large family room, the house is very well furnished. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is insulated all year round and heated with air / air heat pump. Indoors there are i.a. also activity tables with mini-table tennis, table football and various other games. Outdoors there are approx. 250 m2 enclosed patio (terrace). Here are plenty of tables and chairs. There is of course an outdoor kitchen and barbecue as well as a large outdoor hot tub for 6 people. In connection with the terrace there is also an outdoor shower when you come directly from the beach. At the end of the terrace there is a play tower and a sandpit for the youngest. In front of the house there are approx. 120 m2 terrace. There are also tables and chairs. When you sit here, there is a view of Grønhøj Strand approx. 20-50 meters from the terrace. In extension of the terrace is min. 6 parking spaces. Not for rent to youth groups.

Wenn ein festlicher Abend gewünscht ist, kann ich Futten in Blokhus empfehlen. In Blokhus gibt es dienstags einen Markt mit frischem Gemüse usw. und donnerstags abends Musik.

Das Haus war groß und geräumig und hatte eine gute Akustik, wodurch das Haus immer ruhig wirkte, obwohl viele Leute und Kinder redeten und spielten. Es funktionierte super gut mit einem Bad in jedem Zimmer, so dass man ein eigenes Bad hatte, das Haus war allgemein eingerichtet viele Menschen unterbringen zu können, was es einfacher macht, viele zusammen zu sein,

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, Der Blick von der Terrasse ist schön, und wir haben unsere Mahlzeiten draußen genossen, Der Whirlpool war ein zusätzliches Luxus nach einem langen Tag am Strand,
