On the way to the beach, you pass through the forest, where you will encounter small man-made lakes and traces from the time when coal and clay were once mined in the area. The house features a practical entrance and utility room with sink and washing machine. From here, you have access to a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, perfect for relaxing after an active day. The open kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, offering a bright, well-equipped kitchen, a dining corner, and a cozy lounge. A wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient heat pump provide warmth and comfort, while the large windows allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. From the living room, there are two exits to the spacious terrace that wraps around the entire house. Thanks to its design, you can always choose between sun or shade. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower and a stylish outdoor fireplace, making it an inviting space for relaxation. On the plot, you will also find a firepit for cozy evenings under the open sky. A parking space is available on the property.
