Holiday house 4 Sterne Ferienhaus in Henne

Large activity house with free access to the water park and bowling. The house is on two floors and is located on a huge, park-like natural plot by Henne with shelters, a fire pit, a BBQ hut/fire hut. There is also a 6-person, outdoor spa and an infrared sauna. The holiday house is only a quick bike ride from the beautiful North Sea. The kitchen is open to the living room. There are 4 bedrooms, all with good beds. There is a 180 m2 activity room located in a building next to the house, approx. 20 meters. The activity room contains billiards, air hockey, ball pit/ball pool, bobsleigh, darts, table tennis, table football, cushion swing, PlayStation 4, big screen for streaming movies and lots of toys and games. Private garden: the cottage has several lovely terraces, which makes outdoor living a natural part of the holiday. Large terrace with hot tub. Large conservatory with infrared sauna. On the 1st floor there is a large balcony-terrace and direct access to the garden from here. In addition, a shared garden (shared with 71b), which can also be rented if there are several of you going on holiday together (up to a maximum of 20 people). The shared garden contains plenty of activities for families with children. There is an area for outdoor activities with a campfire, or a BBQ/campfire hut in bad weather, where you can make bread rolls. There are two large shelters for 4 people each, for spending the night in the open air. The outdoor activities include a 40 m2 climbing frame with swings, slide and suspension bridge, trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance), basketball goal, soccer goal, play tower for the little ones and an outdoor toilet. Free access to Swim & Play once per day and 1 hour of free bowling (minus school fees) per day at Sportium in Varde. The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
