Description
Attractively located, traditional vacation home with a beautiful view of the water in the Limfjord! Located only about 350 m from the fjord shore with a child-friendly beach and jetty. The property offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and play. The bright and invitingly furnished vacation home is practically equipped with a combined living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen provides access to the rear terrace. The living room offers free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Chromecast for streaming your own TV providers, and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. A climate-friendly heat pump is also available. The kitchen has a stove, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and pleasant underfloor heating. The vacation home has three bedrooms to choose from: 1st room with a double bed (160x200 cm), 2nd room with bunk beds with two berths (90x200 cm), 3rd room with a single berth (90x200 cm). There are two covered terraces outside so you can enjoy the view in any weather. Relax in the hammock or on the garden furniture. There is a gas grill at the house. DanCenter does not provide any service or warranty for the garden trampoline and bicycles. These can only be used at your own risk. No rental to youth or craftsmen groups desired!For family vacations only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
