Close to the coast in scenic Nr. Lyngby, not far from Løkken, you will find this holiday home, which offers entertainment and activities for the whole family (pets are also welcome). There is an activity room with billiards and table tennis, a bar, a sauna, and both indoor and outdoor spas. The house consists of 4 good bedrooms - each with two single beds, two bathrooms, one of which has a spa and sauna as well as a new washing machine and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with induction cooker and fridge/freezer, a Quooker, and an oven newly purchased in 2024, a dining and living room with a wood-burning stove and TV with Yousee box, and 200/200 Mbit internet. In addition, there is a nice activity room with lots of possibilities. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The exterior of the house offers fantastic nature and the opportunity to sit in peace away from neighbors on the enclosed terrace with a fence, which provides plenty of privacy. There is also an outdoor spa with capacity for 8 people, where you can sit sheltered and enjoy a cold glass of bubbly with a unique view of the protected fields with free-range cattle and Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse. As an added bonus, there is an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water, which can be accessed from the sauna, and there is also a charging station for electric cars.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
