Super nice and modern vacation home from 2024, 133 m2, with outdoor hot tub, sauna, and activity room with foosball, billiards, and smart TV with PlayStation 5. Above the activity room, there is a loft with beanbag chairs—a really cozy area for children and the young at heart. The summer house is located in Marielyst, approximately 1500 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a coffee machine, a separate oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a 60-liter freezer, and a dishwasher. The living room has a smart TV and wireless internet, as well as a wood-burning stove and an alcove close to the dining table and kitchen, so the little guests are close by. The cottage is heated by a water/water heat pump. There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. From the living room, you can go directly out onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the covered terrace and conjure up a delicious meal on the large gas grill. The plot is 1500 m2, so there is plenty of space for play and games. In the garden there are 2 soccer goals, a sandbox, and lots of outdoor games. There is also a large outdoor hot tub for 6 people, which can be used all year round. You can go directly from the outdoor hot tub into the warm sauna or use the outdoor shower. There is a charging station for electric cars, Type 2-IEC 62196-2. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
