Description

Holiday home only approx. 10 m from the sea and with panoramic views of the water at Bro Strand. The view can be enjoyed both from the house and the grounds. The cottage is built on two levels, and the ground floor is furnished with a kitchen / dining room / dining room with TV, DVD player and DAB radio. There is direct access to the terrace from the living room. Bright kitchen with i.a. convection oven and dishwasher. Bright bathroom with shower. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, and on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with two single beds. The house has a heated annex with a bunk bed and a separate bathroom with shower. For the children there is a high chair and cot. The house is energy-friendly equipped with an air / air heat pump. Large secluded and tiled terrace with garden furniture. The beach at Varbjerg is a child-friendly, shallow beach with lots of options. Furthermore, there is a small harbor where it will be possible to launch its own trailer boat. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick auf das Meer, Das Haus war hell und geräumig, perfekt für unsere Familie mit sechs Personen, Die Kinder liebten das beheizte Nebengebäude, und wir schätzten die moderne Küche, Wir haben sogar abends auf der Terrasse gegrillt, Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien, die einen entspannten Kurzurlaub suchen!
