Description
A holiday cottage located on a large property, only 100 metres from the beach. There are terraces with furniture outdoors, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The plot is enclosed so children can run around freely. The kitchen has an open connection to the bright living room with an inflow of lights from east and south. There are plenty of channels on the 48" large flat screen TV. The house is located only 50 metres from a football field and there are several playgrounds within a radius of 150 metres. The house has plenty of cupboard space.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
