Bright and well-kept holiday cottage located on a level natural plot approx. 200 m from the ocean and beach. You have a small view of the ocean and dunes from the window in kitchen and living room. The house has a modern decor with open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Modern furnishings in Danish design. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and low-cost heating. There is also an energy-efficient heat pump. Open terrace facing east, south and west. The large terrace area is sheltered from the wind and has 2 windbreakers you can use to convert the terrace into a secluded patio. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
