Holiday home with a very unique and beautiful location overlooking the water and only approx. 75 m from child-friendly beach and within walking distance to Sæby Harbor. The house is very spacious, bright and furnished with three good bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen in open connection to the dining room with heat pump. Lovely large living room with wood burning stove and sloping ceiling, which gives a feeling of extra space with the large window from which you can enjoy the sea view. From the living room there is access to a nice terrace, here there is always the opportunity for shelter, sun or shade. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
